Housed in a refurbished 1960s two-storey bungalow, located along the quiet lane of Waterloo Street, Centre 42 offers its premises as a respite from the bustle of the Singapore city. Our spaces aim to be conducive for artists and writers to develop their work, let inspiration and ideas ebb and flow; and also to become a point of confluence for people to meet, interact, and engage in discourse.
Our Black Box, Rehearsal Studio and Meeting Room are available for rental. These spaces are suitable for rehearsals, productions/plays, meetings and events. To support the other open spaces in Centre 42, a portable PA system, projector and screen are available for hire at an additional cost.

[UPDATE 2020: As of 1 May 2020, Centre 42 has moved out of 42 Waterloo Street, and will no longer be able to accept any rental of the above spaces.
